Articles submitted to the journal are subjected to the editorial process (scientific evaluation and publication) for a fee. The Editorial Processing Fee is charged regardless of the acceptance\/rejection condition of the article. No refund is made for rejected and withdrawn articles.
After the articles submitted to the journal are subjected to preliminary review (whether the article is within the scope of the journal, whether it is a research article, and whether it complies with the journal’s writing rules), the responsible author will be informed by email to make payment.
