Authors, reviewers, and readers have the right to submit complaints or appeals if they believe that editorial decisions, peer review procedures, or ethical standards have not been properly followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appeals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision (including manuscript rejection) must submit a written request to the editorial office within&nbsp;<strong>30 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appeal must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>clearly explain the reasons for disagreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide detailed justification and supporting evidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appeal Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The appeal is acknowledged within\u00a0<strong>5 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If necessary, the manuscript may be re-evaluated by\u00a0<strong>independent reviewers or an editorial board member not involved in the original decision<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A final decision is communicated within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision made after the appeal process is considered&nbsp;<strong>final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints may relate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>editorial processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peer review procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publication ethics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conflicts of interest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>misconduct by authors, reviewers, or editors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All complaints must be submitted via the journal\u2019s official contact email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complaint Handling Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receipt of the complaint is acknowledged within\u00a0<strong>5 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Editor-in-Chief or a designated editorial board member investigates the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where necessary, an\u00a0<strong>independent reviewer or editorial board member<\/strong>\u00a0is involved to ensure impartiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A resolution is provided within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All complaints are handled&nbsp;<strong>confidentially, objectively, and transparently<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ethical Framework<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The journal follows the principles and best practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics in handling complaints and appeals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If misconduct or procedural errors are confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>correction of the published record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>retraction of articles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>revision of editorial processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The&nbsp;InTraders International Trade Academic Journal&nbsp;is committed to maintaining the highest standards of editorial integrity, transparency, and fairness in all publication processes.
