The sample size was 120 individual employees. Data analyzed using well-known statistical techniques as Structure Equation Modeling through statistical software AMOS. The results of this study indicate that training and development and incentives both are positively linked with knowledge management. Moreover, there is a positive association between knowledge management and organization capability. The findings also suggest that knowledge management is very important for achieving <g class="gr_ gr_30 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="30" data-gr-id="30">organizational</g> capability. <g class="gr_ gr_31 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="31" data-gr-id="31">Organizational</g> capability may be improved when HR managers implemented <g class="gr_ gr_34 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-del replaceWithoutSep" id="34" data-gr-id="34">the HR</g> practices effectively. <g class="gr_ gr_32 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="32" data-gr-id="32">Study</g> has key implications for knowledge management and innovation fields theoretically and practically.
Keywords: Employee’s Participation, Incentives, Training and Development, Organization Capability, Innovation Performance, Knowledge Management
JEL Code: M10
*Corresponding author

International Conference on International Trade Abstract Book/ editörler Kürşat Çapraz Irina Raluca Badea

İstanbul: Hiperlink Yayınları, 2018.

Mamoona Rasheed, Dr. Salman Iqbal University of Central Punjab Lahore, Pakistan This paper examines the relationship between HR

[1
573,574,304,440,575,572

post-3056","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-ot","tag-dr-salman-iqbal","tag-innovation-performance","tag-intraders","tag-intraders-conference","tag-knowledge-management","tag-mamoona-rasheed
["GET
