Customer is the main attraction of every business. Because the growth of every business enterprise depends upon the customer, so it is very important to create a good relationship with customers For its survival. If the bond with a customer is positive then it is a sign of growth\/profit from a business point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customer is stranger: It is an obvious factor to every enterprise that the customer is a stranger. If means they are not the part of the business but business gets benefits by selling or providing their services to the first visit of any person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customer is acquaintance: when a company holder deals second time with there customer then that person would no longer a stranger for the same company but come under acquaintance because they know a little about that customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customer as a friend: In that customer’s relationship with business is always like a friend. If they treated well then they will also pay for the company in their best means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
