Life has been a journey from unhappy to happiness from insecurity to security from discomfort to comfort and in this process, there is so much struggle and chaos that it has landed us in pathos has not it?
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words, our life plan is self-centered. Being self-centered exposes us to external things. Anything that does not meet our expectation creates pain or conflict,whether marriage or work, for example, to overcome selfishness explorer state of no-self, even though one has not really experience is consciously no self,does not mean you have disappeared from this earth no-self is not centered on one particular thing but on all things. Existence is a gift that nature has given us. I don’t oppose anything but I invite things according to the intelligence of no-self. It is like in a shopping mall I choose what is needed. This is no self there is no option to enhance happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Their is normal definition of happiness is when others dance to your likes and dislikes. It only cattle to the ego of the other. Then when there is a difference is challenges at work or home, focus and just be a no-self and meet the challenges. Make no demands just meet the difficulty. Then you experience what is as a sensation. No self meets the sensations without fragmentation of the mind, and it experiences the fullness of the moment. In such fullness, you are ready to face even death. But with our self-centered self, any amount of its desire fulfilled is like a pot with holes and any amount of water poured into it, is insufficient to fill it. When when you have to face that, the inevitable, when you conflict with that too. Observe that only the self-centered mind is crowded with the thought of self-concern. it appears that it is natural as has not reflected on better ways of living and hence one rational eye is by saying that it is natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The whole past of such a mind is confusion and overburdening. The whole future is filled with expectation, desire and is overburdening. One is never free. There is no invert freedom only suffocation. Creative living is to live in the now. Through which was is not in the properties on but in the freedom from the stupid cravings that thought has created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life is bigger than family or works so change your perception or else your whole life would be limited to family and work.You have to retire at some point from work and one of you in the family has to pass away so please don’t narrow down your life to only family and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is this possible? A woman struggle whole life for family, Relative Society and children but do not go beyond her family .Why always woman has to bear ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
