Presentation is a popular method of communication in all\ntypes of organizations, usually involving audiovisual material, like copies of\nreports, or material prepared in Microsoft PPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Telephone meetings \u2013 which allow for\nlong-distance speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forum boards \u2013which allow people to instantly post\ninformation at a centralized location<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face-to-face meetings \u2013 which are personal and should have a\nwritten follow-up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

suggestion box \u2013 primarily for Upward communication because some people may hesitate to communicate with management directly, so they can give suggestions by drafting one and putting it in the suggestion box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
