Now a day most of working people are in stressed due to over work. It become necessary to control this because it affect brain. Due to Covid -19 pandemic people are in the lock down and they are doing work from home they have a pressure from their higher authority .Day and night they are working restless . They are under pressure . Lot of have fear that they may be lose their job also. Every where is slow down Global economy is hit by this pandemic.Each and every sector has been gone in loose .In this slow down people are in pressure .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its my suggestion if any one have Depression of any kind,Please share your view with your friend. Recently In India Actor Sushant singh Rajput”s has suicide due to depression . He was the India;s Glamorous film industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depression kills and the only solution is to talk to someone who will never judge ..I am doing an emotional wellness check in showing support for one another …… help is always be available to those who ask for it . <\/p>\n\n\n\n
