By this government loses control and authorities from the\norganization&nbsp; that have been privatized.\nThere can be many reason for that like \u201cfinancial illness of organization, not\neffective working of organization and the main reason is to increase&nbsp; the GDP rate of economy. In starting&nbsp; year of independence government was not in favor\nof privatization so they tried to take hold of every industry in government\nsector but now table has turned fully. In 1991 reform privatization was started\nand government organizations&nbsp; was sold to\nprivate sector. Government gave authority and power &nbsp;to private sector&nbsp; to open there own form and organization. Now\nprivate sector&nbsp; have access to open there\nstart-up in any industry expect&nbsp; some\nconfidential industry such as arm defense, railways. Private sector get bank\nloan easily to develop a&nbsp; start -up and\nget many other advantages by government. Government&nbsp; show least interference&nbsp; in private&nbsp;\nsector. It has made great&nbsp; impact\non Indian&nbsp; economy from many past year\nand will make in future.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the impact of\nprivatization in Indian economy are-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;GDP \u201cgross\ndomestic product \u201c has increased in a rapid rate after privatization.\nProduction rate has increased&nbsp; which is\nleading to more demand and satisfaction. <\/li><li>Money flow in the economy has increased as people has\nstarted to invest in new venture and start up, so money flow has increased.<\/li><li>Now private&nbsp; sector\nhas entered banking sector so banks have increased&nbsp; in the economy so people get start up\nloan&nbsp; or any loan easily a less rate of\ninterest.<\/li><li>Private sector &nbsp;was allowed to invest&nbsp; there money so many&nbsp; MNCs entered Indian market so new\ntechnologies &nbsp;are always in trending&nbsp; part. People use new latest technology to reduce\nproduction cost. New technology was always demanded and will be demanded in\nfuture also.<\/li><li>After privatization many organizations was developed\nso people got new employment opportunities.
