Artificial Intelligence (AI ) Policy

The authors must load the Declaration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage into the system when submitting their articles. (Valid within 2025)

InTraders is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and transparency in line with international best practices. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies must be responsible, transparent, and compliant with ethical principles in scholarly publishing.

Authors may use AI tools for limited purposes such as language editing, grammar improvement, formatting, or technical assistance. Any use of AI must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript, including the name of the tool and its specific function. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, as they do not meet authorship criteria or take responsibility for the work.

Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submissions. AI must not be used to generate scientific content, data, results, figures, or references without proper human oversight, validation, and methodological transparency. The inclusion of fabricated information, biased outputs, or unverifiable AI-generated results is strictly prohibited.

The use of AI in ways that compromise research integrity—including plagiarism, data manipulation, citation manipulation, or automated manuscript generation without disclosure—is considered unethical and may lead to rejection, retraction, or further investigation.

Editors and reviewers must not upload submitted manuscripts or confidential data into AI systems, as this may violate confidentiality, copyright, and data protection principles. Peer review must remain a confidential, independent, and human-led process.

The journal may use AI tools for editorial support (e.g., plagiarism screening, language checks, and workflow optimisation). However, all editorial decisions are made solely by qualified human editors.

This policy is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect evolving standards in academic publishing. Non-compliance with this policy will be handled in accordance with established ethical guidelines.
