Complaints and Appeals Policy

The InTraders International Trade Academic Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of editorial integrity, transparency, and fairness in all publication processes. Authors, reviewers, and readers have the right to submit complaints or appeals if they believe that editorial decisions, peer review procedures, or ethical standards have not been properly followed.

Appeals

Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision (including manuscript rejection) must submit a written request to the editorial office within 30 days of the decision.

The appeal must:

  • clearly explain the reasons for disagreement
  • provide detailed justification and supporting evidence

Appeal Procedure:

  1. The appeal is acknowledged within 5 working days.
  2. The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial assessment.
  3. If necessary, the manuscript may be re-evaluated by independent reviewers or an editorial board member not involved in the original decision.
  4. A final decision is communicated within 30 days.

The decision made after the appeal process is considered final.
