We have an agreement with EBSCO and ProQuest for our conference abstracts and proceeding books, which we have published in our archive, to be made open access and free of charge to stakeholders by EBSCO and ProQuest.

We give an invitation letter for one week.
Studies submitted after 15 March 2026 will be considered for a late registration fee.
The Conference writing language is English, and the presentation language is Turkish, English.
It will be held as a hybrid. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee. Accommodation belongs to the participant.
